My style is considered lifestyle - with a blend of documentary and editorial. At the heart of documentary photography is authenticity, a snapshot of the moment exactly as it was, exactly as you were.

In addition to simply documenting - I believe in creative collaboration. An artful storytelling of your days in the season you're in. I have the intuition to know when to be silent, letting a moment unfold naturally, and when to offer a prompt that turns an ordinary moment into something really fun to look back on. Most of my images are true candids, and I also enjoy curating moments that add an artistic flair to your album - little pieces of novelty you may not otherwise capture in your day to day.

My focus during each session is fostering an environment of ease and connection, and offering a simple invitation to step into the most present, carefree, loving and joyful version of you. Many of my clients find their experience of taking photos surprisingly easy, relaxed, just as fun as actually receiving their photos.

I practice the art of noticing, of enhancing what is meaningful to you, while staying attune to your family's personality, the mood of the moment, and opportunities to embrace the chaos that leads to playfulness & laughter & the wonderful imperfection that is a much more accurate depiction of your days.
